“During the Sacred union retreat, we were asked to identify a fear towards being truly seen. Last week, on 11/11 particularly, I spent my day with a guy, allowed myself to be completely seen by this man like never before. I would have never spent a whole day with a man on my own in the past, especially having a road trip so there would be no where to run to. Anyways, I realized you know what I actually am not scared anymore to be seen completely for who I am. Then, I started blaming my ego for trying to conceal something and trying to appear perfect and fearless.
