I’m going to be real,
I wasn’t always the high-vibe, confident speaker you see on stages and podcasts today.
In fact, public speaking used to be my biggest fear
I was so afraid of people judging me, of not having the right thing to say, of sounding dumb or like I was on a tangent..
..So I wouldn’t speak at all.
I had all these worries like, “What if people say I’m too young? That I’m not an expert? That my voice sounds annoying?”
I spent all this money on a camera and microphone to create a Youtube channel but then never did anything with it.
It collected dust for many years until one day when I was listening to another podcast, I had this thought. I wished there was a podcast with a more grounded approach to spirituality, that valued our diversity and dove into ancient wisdom with a modern, fun approach. That podcast didn’t exist so I decided I would create one.
I had no idea how it would turn out or what would come of it- I just created the podcast I wished I had. I kept recording episode after episode, just channeling the wisdom that was coming through me. I spoke about all the things I wish I could have a conversation about – past lives, dharma, the need for diversity in spirituality and beyond.
The more I trusted myself, the more my voice expanded.
I would relisten to my episodes and continue to anchor into my voice as I deepened into my truth.
What started from a few hundred downloads per episode became a few thousand, which became tens of thousands, as people were sharing the podcast with their friends.
I started to receive dozens of reviews saying they had never heard spirituality expressed in the way that I share it and that they deeply resonate with my voice, wisdom and message.
I was blown away when the podcast hit a million downloads after the first year and was listed as a top podcast by Yoga Journal!
A few years later, I was featured on the cover of the national magazine with a ten-page spread, all about the movement I have created through my voice!
It was a surreal moment seeing my face on the cover of a magazine at the airport!
Through owning my voice I’ve:

No prior experience is necessary. This course is open to all women who feel called to explore their feminine essence, whether you are new to womb work or have experience in healing modalities.
Throughout the course, you’ll have access to a dedicated support community where you can share your experiences and ask questions. Silfath will also guide you during live ceremonies, and you’ll have extended access to the course materials for 2 years to revisit any sessions at your own pace.
