The first time she came to class she said. I am completely disconnected to my sensuality and sexuality. I am afraid of men. I can\’t even go on dates. Last time I was on a date was 2 years ago.
Last Tuesday in class she said:
\”I am open. I am ready for love. I feel and enjoy the energy in my hips.\”
And when she danced, I saw it. That intensity. A calm fire. A vibrant light. Her life force is alive and peaceful. She breathes in her womb. She owns her desires. She trusts her own power. She stands like a tree but you feel the sway in her hips. Strong and soft.
Indeed. She is ready. She is open.
To receive everything life sends her way. To love and expand.
For a year, I witness her dedication to healing and loving herself. And I know she started this journey before she met me. She started Nayera to heal and open her 2nd chakra, the energy in her womb: where her drive, creativity, desires, feminine energy and sexuality lie. She came to class every week. She attended my Divinely Feminine course last Fall and did her breathing from the womb practices, she attended other healing modalities like theta healing… She was there for herself 100% committed to be whole and free.
Her dance yesterday was magical. And I cried. Finally I saw her.
This is why I do what I do. For those moments when you see the perfection of the world, the immense beauty of the feminine.

Stepping into our power, shifting our energy, elevating our life… Is a daily choice.For many, It\’s easier to settle for \”ok\” instead of taking the risk, investing time, money and energy in changing without guarantee on the result. This is where faith and trust comes in. This is where we make a commitment to treasuring and loving ourselves and we surrender to the journey, we know there is no way to predict exactly the final result but we trust that us being more in love with ourselves and following our true heart desires will lead us to bliss.
