I have spent the last 13 years restoring, celebrating and elevating hundreds of women, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I have crafted my own unique approach to healing and elevating women, body, mind and soul, LuminEssence, a unique fusion of 3 elements:

the emergence session

Emergence is a 90-minute session where Silfath guides you through a process to unveil limitations and beliefs that aren’t aligned with your true essence and deepest desires.
This session will allow you to start shifting your Frequency and, if you are interested, give the foundations to tailor your Luminous Femme Mentoring Program.

the Luminous Femme Mentoring program

This is a mentoring program over 2-4 months tailored to you. Silfath will hold space for you to support your transformation and help you meet your true self and live your most inspired life.
You will experience coaching/healing sessions with Silfath, accountability and whatsapp support between sessions, a selection of recorded Feminine Initiations, weekly Luminous Self fieldwork, exercises, assignments.

the Private Intensive

This is a Deep Dive where you meet with Silfath over 2-4 days to create inner shifts at the cellular, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
This formula is available in different formats. For instance 2 full days of energy work OR morning sessions for 3 hours. When applicable, Silfath will incorporate other modalities such as massage/water therapy/acupuncture/sound healing/etc.

I got a lot of insights from my ancestral work. I have never talked to my ancestors before. Talking to them really made me realize that I'm not a disjointed person with my different interests, aspects, hobbies. That I am literally a fusion of different energies and it's not just me, it's the essence of who my ancestors are too. That feels really comforting to me.
