Awakening the Bliss Body are immersive trainings deeply rooted in the body because deep healing and expansion occurs at a physical, emotional and cellular level – not only in the mental and spiritual bodies. By the end of each training, you will walk away with a renewed sense of balance, peace, joy, love, and harmony— in your body and in your life. You will also be equipped with tools to maintain harmony and flow in your body.

This is what we will cover in this Immersive Training through the 3 Modules below.

Module 1: Vitality, flow and joy:

  • Learn how to cultivate the flow of your life force energy in your body.
  • Let your body tell you how much magic you truly allow yourself to experience and clear what is limiting you.
  • Break ancestral blocks and cultural conditioning that keep patterns of struggle or restrictions.

Module 2: Receptivity and abundance:

  • Open your receptivity channels to allow more love and blessings in your body through massage and heart-opening exercises.
  • Unlock the wisdom of intimacy, surrender and presence to increase your abundance.
  • Understand the 5 levels of Feminine Receptivity to cultivate in your life daily.
  • Release wounds related to your mother and your feminine lineage.

Module 3: Radiance and Attraction:

  • Clear blocks and limitations anchored in your throat and your belly so that you feel safe living in your authentic expression and shining your light.
  • Experience voice activation exercises to open your authentic expression and embody your light.
  • Clear unprocessed energies in your solar plexus related to owning your light and being seen and celebrated.

Yes, you can join online. However, please note that practices involving pairs will need to be done solo.
Yes, you can register for only one training. If you’re only joining one, I recommend starting with Training 1 (“Inner Peace”). However, if you’ve already done deep somatic work and feel confident in connecting with your body’s wisdom and messages, you can register for Training 2 (“Embodied Feminine”) only.We suggest creating a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Ensure your internet connection is stable. You may also want to set an intention for the training and consider any personal goals or areas of focus.
Yes, to ensure an intimate and supportive environment, the number of participants is limited. We encourage early registration to secure your spot.
Absolutely! These trainings are designed to be accessible to both beginners and those with previous experience. If you’re new to somatic work, the first training, “Inner Peace,” will provide a solid foundation.
“Inner Peace” focuses on releasing past wounds, trauma processing, and restoring safety and harmony in the body. “Embodied Feminine” is about restoring radiance, abundance, and vitality, with a focus on feminine energy and self-mastery. Both are complementary, but each stands on its own as well.

To get the most out of the training, stay present, engage fully in the practices, and allow yourself time to rest and integrate afterward. Journaling your experiences and feelings can also enhance the integration process.
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended, as there will be movement and somatic practices. You may also want to bring a shawl or light blanket for warmth during relaxation periods and Please bring a journal and a pen for personal reflections and notes.
