Introduction
Yesterday, Day 1, we focused on identifying the shadow that needs alchemizing: a belief that limits your expansion, a repeating pattern, or a triggering dynamic. Your task was to bring awareness to this shadow, to recognize what is ready to be transformed.
Today, Day 2, we are moving into the somatic layer. We are exploring the shadow through the body, becoming intimate with the energy that holds it.
Somatic Meditation
The somatic dialogue is a profound practice. Once you become familiar with it, it offers insights, guidance, and deep healing from your body itself. This specific meditation invites you to converse with the energy of your shadow.
The meditation has 3 steps:
Breath: Connect, ground, and open the energy.
Body Scan: Sense where this energy lives in your body.
Somatic Dialogue: Engage with the energy and listen deeply to what it is communicating—its messages, sensations, and wisdom.
EMOTIONAL ALCHEMY PROCESS
Today, we focus on emotion, a key messenger in shadow alchemy. Unprocessed emotions hold patterns in the body and nervous system, keeping us wired to repeat old responses.
Your task is to tune into the emotion connected to your shadow-anger, sadness, envy, or repressed joy, and process it through 3 steps:
- Journaling
Explore how this emotion feels in your body and your relationship with it.
- Movement
Feel it, breathe into it, move it, and sound it. Shake, dance, or make noise to release it. Follow with a cleansing ritual - water, sage, or crystals.
- Guidance
Emotions carry insights. What is this emotion teaching you? Listen to the message. It will guide your aligned action in the days ahead.
INTRODUCTION
On Day 1, we identified the pattern or energy calling for your attention.
On Day 2, we dropped into the body, sensing where this energy lives and how it moves - becoming more intimate.
On Day 3, we entered emotional alchemy, feeling, moving, and listening to the wisdom of the emotions.
Today, Day 4, we meet the shadow directly. We meet her with presence and compassion. We listen to her story, offer safety, and restore balance.
Today is about bringing the shadow back into wholeness and love.

Hi! I’m Silfath.
I am Silfath Pinto, and for the past 20 years I’ve been on a journey of remembering the Feminine Code. For the last 17 years, I’ve had the honor of guiding women back to their own wisdom, power, and magic.
This journey has revealed itself to me in layers. The first layer began with my body. In 2006, in New York City, I walked into a Sensual Embodiment class—and everything shifted. Suddenly, I saw myself unfolding. I discovered parts of me I never knew existed. I realized how deeply I had been disconnected from my body and emotions. Surrounded by fierce, radiant women, I liberated myself. Through every dance, every step, every song, I found my voice. I discovered the sheer beauty of being a woman.
Then came another initiation. In 2012, as I walked through the passage of divorce, I discovered I had fibroids. This opened me to the mysteries of the womb—ancestral fears, emotions held in the body, and the infinite wisdom living in our feminine center. I began to explore the rituals, practices, and alchemical tools that awaken the power of the womb. This became the second great unfolding of my feminine awakening.
Since 2011, I have been holding sacred spaces for women—through retreats, one-on-one journeys, and group immersions. My work weaves together my shamanic heritage, tantric wisdom, and feminine alchemy to create pathways of transformation.
I know what it is to feel disconnected from your body.
I know what it is to feel stuck in patterns—then step into alchemy and shift them.
And I know what it is to live with ease, grace, magnetism, and to receive through the Feminine Codes.
