It is the Embodiment Practice that I designed for women to tap into the wisdom encoded in their bodies and their Orgasmic Medicine.

Through movement, we heal stories that do not allow us to live our life to the fullest, we remember how to play, how to make love to life. As we travel through our bodies, we release past wounds, we access the feminine wisdom embedded in our cellular memory and we align to our truthful expression.

– SHARING CIRCLE: we start by creating a sacred space for us to remember
the magic and wisdom of being a woman. This is important as the attendees often face old wounds
and limiting beliefs related to their feminine, their body, their erotic expression and their sexual alchemy.

– SENSUAL SOMATIC MOVING MEDITATION WITH A THEME:
This is when we dive in your body wisdom, through the music, through movement, touch and sound.

We activate a specific feminine codes in your body.

– POLE DANCING for Ecstatic Embodiment Sessions
and TANTRIC ALCHEMY practices for Orgasmic Medicine Sessions:

The Ecstatic Embodies Series mixes Sensual Somatic flow with Pole Dancing whereas Orgasmic Medicine adds Tantric Alchemy practices

– DANCE JOURNEY AND EROTIC EMBODIMENT:
At the beginning of the series, you will learn specific routines to develop confidence and also
become fluent in expressing through your body. As you evolve in the practice, you develop vocabulary in

your somatic expression, and become more intimate with your body way of communicating. This is when your dance becomes potty in motion, your essence moving through your body.

The Ecstatic Embodiment Series mixes the Sensual Somatic Flow practice with Pole Dancing.

Through Pole dancing a woman learns to be fully present in her body, trust her somatic intelligence, develop more strength and power. Women also tap into another dimension of Sensuality and Erotic Expression.

This is a sensual embodiment journey for you to become a sacred living temple, turned on, tuned in and wildly alive. We weave ancient tantric practices and feminine rituals to restore the Union of Body and Soul, to cultivate se:xual alchemy, to rise in love and radiance. You will experience deep transformation at physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level + somatic activation of your feminine wisdom and magnetism.

I’ve incorporated the moving, touching and breathing exercises in my daily routine and it’s amazing how my confidence is growing! I use the mantra “I am loved, held and treasured”, and it is so powerful and comforting!

The first time I touched my face and body was so emotional, but now I’m really enjoying it! I notice a shift in energy already and I feel really more connected to my body. Oh, and I’ve caught myself dancing a lot of times this week, even when I was not consciously dancing.

I now love to dance! In the last 2 months, I have been dancing daily. It brings to me love, joy, and a clear mind. And the most important is the connection between me and my body: I love watching how my body moves and shakes.

I felt so grateful on Wednesday, during our moving meditation. I cried out of joy at one point : we were hearing the French song; I was “in me”, happy and feeling so connected to all of you, beautiful ladies from everywhere in the world, with us moving together in this sacred space, led by our magnificent Silfath Pinto.

I know now that there is MAGIC!

I was really resistant to doing the stripping but oh my goodness it was so wonderful. I’ve always wanted to feel sexual, but I’ve had this idea that I need a partner to feel that way and while intellectually I agreed with everything that was said about the ecstatic lover, I didn’t really embody it until Thursday. It was a total body release and I felt so powerful and empowered. I actually looked at myself as really beautiful and sexy and I FELT it. I can’t really express what a blessing it was.

I didn’t join in the call, but I did strip the other day before taking a shower & it was so sexy… it’s literally like I was unwrapping or unveiling a miraculous gem. I realized how heavenly my body was and how I never paid attention to it before.

Yes! I’ve been embodying eroticism more and more these days in such a deep and sensual care for myself and my body. Dancing and nurturing myself, looking at my body in the mirror with so much self love and appreciation!! I am feeling the activation powerfully.

A journey through a dance

I danced three dances tonight…
Each was a journey.. on its own..
The first was a Presence.. a soul that dropped from the skies.. a meeting with the body.. an introduction with the self.. a building of the ego.. suddenly interrupted.. by a firm touch.. a tweak from the master just as the dance came to an end.. a touch that triggered a deep pain.. awakening memories… shaping the second act..

Fueled by anger.. The second dance was fire..
wild.. merciless.. Possessed by the unspoken screams..
An unleashing of a caged beast.. within the heart of a child.
provocative.. dominatrix.. madness… in your face. an untamed Fire that heated the air in the space.. and burned the body containing it.. purifying it..

the heat of the fire.. moving up and down.. sweating.. pulsing… breathless.. all over the place… the body felt it all… “what happened to me?”…
a movement from peace to fury.. initiated by a touch and a song.. that’s how vulnerable we are… that’s how crazy we are.. and that’s how powerful, magnificent and beautiful we are..

a Festival of emotions.. or rather a wild circus.. laying in the wooden floor.. barely thinking.. “Breathe…” She said.. “deeply…” “Yes!..” “…keep breathing….” the ancient code of awakening… the belly rising up again.. the heart slowing down.. opening .. the mind napping… and the spirit rising up… a prayer in preparation..

that’s how the third dance unfolded.. a meditation.. a call.. an answer.. a divine meeting… a prayer.. Head and knees on the floor.. “Rise up, my child” he said.. “you’re safe with me” God’s grace… through a dance…”
