What I have noticed for myself and the women who come to me for healing or mentoring is that a fundamental part of our feminine remembering and rising is to reclaim this potent energy.

Plus, at the root of manifestation, there’s a foundation of RECEPTIVITY and SELF-WORTH and the Inner Queen helps women tap into it.

The journey yesterday was quite informative for me. What I discovered: I don't automatically trust my gifts, specifically the ability to really see others. But when I trust and use them, its magical. I hold back, sometimes a little, sometimes a lot about how much I can be FULLY expressed, physically or verbally. I have a HUGE range for expression, but it's like I am testing if its safe before I let it out fully.

I started my day off today listening to music that makes me feel like a Queen and with a warm drink. Later today I'll go for a swim and do some stretches to try and take a break from my constantly chattering mind haha

This month has just shown me that I'm actually a really, really, really incredible human being. And I believed that for the first time. It doesn't feel like I'm performing when I say it, it doesn't feel like I'm doing it for the hype. It actually feels like I believe it, and I wanna celebrate that.
