As a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience, I quickly noticed that the traditional methods of psychology did not work for everyone. Intuitively knowing that I was onto something, I utilized my own life practices and incorporated dedicated years of research into ancient female practices from numerous cultures to create a process in which women were experiencing breakthroughs at unheard speeds. 

By incorporating ancient practices into therapy sessions with women, and by embracing midlife, I have revolutionized the way women have approached aging with grace, dignity, and radiance and have helped hundreds of clients transform their midlife experience, from sexless marriages and resentful parenting to a renewed sense of purpose and fulfillment.
