I used to apologize for everything… my light, my desires, my boundaries, my voice, my perspective… eventually I realized I wasn’t walking in majesty and sovereignty… I was afraid of my light and how people would react…
so I was making myself small which was blocking my magnetism, my abundance... and even more love to manifest in my life… also my Erotic Feminine Fire was turned off because I didn’t want this LIFE FORCE AND POWER to be seen and felt… this was the shadow I had to heal to reclaim myself and live in my truth.
The Divine - my soul - gently led me to a studio in New York and I remembered who I came here to be IN MY BODY. In this Feminine Temple space, my light was restored, my fire was ignited. This is the reason why EMBODIMENT will be an important aspect of this immersion: embodiment is essential to restore WHOLENESS.
My dear sisters, through my healing, I learned that the key for me to evolve + birth a new paradigm was to upgrade the way I managed my trauma and my nervous system IN MY BODY. I realized I can turn wounds into gifts using moments of trigger to access a quantum leap, shifting from fear to love, from contraction to expansion.
