HOW DO I WORK?
I have spent the last 13 years restoring, celebrating and elevating hundreds of women, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I have crafted my own unique approach to healing and elevating women, body, mind and soul, LuminEssence, a unique fusion of 3 elements:
Spiritual coaching and energy healing: talk therapy, beliefs system reprogramming, mindset upgrade, inner child healing, lifestyle shifts, shadow work, ancestral restoration, past-life healing,
Energy based body work: somatic work is a key component in the work we do together. You experience breath work, touch and movement therapy, Shakti dance, voice activation, sound and crystal healing, releasing trapped emotions and traumas, nervous system regulation techniques,
Ancient feminine teachings and practices from the Mayan, African and Asian feminine traditions: tantric alchemy, healing meditations, womb healing and somatic therapy, Feminine rituals and practices

PRIVATE MENTORING OPTIONS
the emergence session
This session will allow you to start shifting your Frequency and, if you are interested, give the foundations to tailor your Luminous Femme Mentoring Program.
the Luminous Femme Mentoring program
You will experience coaching/healing sessions with Silfath, accountability and whatsapp support between sessions, a selection of recorded Feminine Initiations, weekly Luminous Self fieldwork, exercises, assignments.
the Private Intensive
This formula is available in different formats. For instance 2 full days of energy work OR morning sessions for 3 hours. When applicable, Silfath will incorporate other modalities such as massage/water therapy/acupuncture/sound healing/etc.
The LUMINOUS FEMME mentoring includes:
- Coaching/healing sessions with Silfath
- Accountability
- Email and text support between sessions
- Weekly fieldwork, exercises, assignments
- Self-love, self-care and body love exercises and resources
THE TWIST – SOULFUL HOMEWORK AND LIFESTYLE SHIFTS
To expand on what you unveil and heal during the session, in between sessions, you will have fieldwork: exercises, assignments and explorations to support and EMBODY your learning and shifting. But also reading, journaling, sensual and soulful movements, rituals, creative activities, visualization and sensory awakening exercises to add serenity, pleasure and magic in your life.
MINDSET, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deep lasting shifts require consistency and commitment to ourselves, creating a beautiful container for your evolution.
So our work together is not a quick fix formula. Yes you will experience uplifting changes as we start working together (very soon), but the deep shift requires an open heart and mind, as well as time and dedication.
Signing for private sessions is a commitment to yourself and this is incredibly potent. Please let me know at least 24 hours before if you can't make it and we will make sure to reschedule your session that week.
Any session cancelled less than 24 hours before will be due in full.
