Module 1: Womb presence returning home, restoring flow
This is the Opening Ceremony.
You land in the sacred space of your womb, through a journey of reconnection and restoration. Releasing stagnation and restoring her natural flow will ignite the energy of creation that resides within.
Through feminine practices, you’ll tend to your sacred garden, restoring flow, vitality, and creative power. By nurturing this connection, you will feel more grounded, held and supported, allowing your womb to become a sanctuary of healing and expression.

Module 2: WOMB DETOX
Art of Emotional Alchemy
Unprocessed emotions create energetic blockages in your womb space. And too many of us have learned to hold our emotions.
Emotional Alchemy is the Feminine Art of releasing stored trauma and unresolved emotions which creates room for new possibilities and healing. Our ability to flow with our emotions is in essence our ability to flow through life and stay grounded in the cycles of endings and beginnings.
Through transformative practices, you’ll turn emotional burdens into light and wisdom, empowering your womb to support your journey toward wholeness.

Module 3: The mother wound
I am Loved, held and treasured
The first nine months in our mother’ womb lay the foundation for how we relate to life, influencing our sense of safety and nourishment. Our mother is our first imprint of life and our first understanding of love.
You’ll understand the different layers of this wound how they affect self-worth, relationships, as well as how a woman receives love and feels nourished/held by life.
Through healing rituals and meditations, you’ll restore the frequency of the Unconditional Love of the mother.

Module 4: Ancestral healing SACRED ROOTS, LINEAGE GIFTS
The womb holds ancestral stories and our relationship with our ancestors is an essential aspect of how we have shaped our relationship with everything as well as our sense of belonging.
We have inherited trauma but also wisdom from our lineage. So when we anchor and heal our roots, we can free ourselves and the next generations from old programs while accessing gifts and wisdom inherited from them.
In this Module, you will unveil how to release generational beliefs, patterns, and traumas, as well as activate the gifts and wisdom inherited from our ancestors.

Each week will include one live Zoom session or a pre-recorded ceremony, with optional practices to engage in throughout the week. The live ceremonies typically last 90 minutes, and you can explore the pre-recorded material at your own pace.
