Redefining Sexy: 4 Magical Muses

If you’ve spent some time on my website, you probably noticed the same women were featured throughout the website. I called them them my Muses. They inspire me to reach for my dreams and be true to myself.

I believe we should have people around us who inspire, challenge and nurture us.

They push us to be better and reach our potential, gently but surely. And they do so without even trying too hard. I feel very fortunate: I have an amazing group of women around me. I had to pick 4 of them. They are fully committed to living a life of meaning and passion. Whether, they are in the process of making their passion a reality or they are there already, they dream it, dare it and do it! And if they make some mistakes, they own them.

VULNERABLE, OPEN, DARING.

Each one of them is uniquely beautiful, creative and soulful. They are not worried about being perfect and they treasure their identity.

They embody the feminine in her full glory: complex, multiple and beautiful.

 

Nadia makes frustration look sexy when she dances. It’s such an interesting combination. Very intriguing. She is a film producer, a adorable giggler (no wonder we get along), very straight forward (sometimes blunt). I admire her for her immense courage: she produced an uplifting comedy that talks about women, love and sexuality – Hannah Has a Ho Phase. A light tone for serious challenges women are facing today.

 

Liesbet is the leaving proof that a woman can be a nurturing mom, a playful girlfriend and a sexy creature. There is something about her that makes you breathe and relax. She is always open to new opportunity to grow and expand her knowledge on body work and women.

 

The first time I met Seraphine she shared her anxiety to discuss her teaching of feminine movement with her dad and how her sister created a play to show their dad the beauty of this movement. I was so touch by her vulnerability and serenity when she shared her story. When she dances, Seraphine is a warrior. Strong. Powerful. Engaged. And a siren. Graceful, fluid and sweet.

 

Sheena is a talented photographer and videographer, a blogger and stage manager. She gave me permission to embrace my multiple passions as she does the same. She challenges me to be a better person by her fearless authentic persona and I am always amazed by this beautiful-mix of sweet girl, vivacious entrepreneur and dangerous creature I see in her.
