The reason why I absolutely love fashion is because it comes down to 3 things: beauty, creativity and self-expression. As a Tantrika, I am here here to teach how to bring consciousness into form and enlightenment through embodiment. Through this journey, we realise the beauty in everything, we recognise that we have the power to create – everyday – and we savor the process of unveiling who we are. Beauty. Creation. Expression.
Hence, fashion can be a beautiful avenue for self-love, self-actualisation and inner harmony. In essence, a tantric practice.
So about beauty
Beauty is a part of our lives. Appreciating beauty, and beauty can be subjective yes, but appreciating it in our space, around us, in arts and in our wardrobe is a way to remind us of the magic in this world, the magic in texture and colors, in forms, in everything that is visual. How colors play together to create a beautiful story, how different textures feel on our skin, how a fabric can make us feel light and happy, warm and cozy.
The Tantric Path invites you to see the beauty in everything and create beauty everyday. Every day, getting dressed can be a sacred practice of creation, self-love and expression, honouring you and bringing more beauty in this world.
\”Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it.\” Confucius
Creativity and play
Creativity and play are a very important part of our lives because they allow us to feel alive, they allow us to feel the power of creation, to escape. In particular, play creates an outlet for us to just explore our creative genius and own our specialness. It\’s often neglected, ignored when we become adult, yet it is essential for our balance.
“The opposite of play is not work—the opposite of play is depression.” — Brene Brown
\”When we engage in what we are naturally suited to do, our work takes on the quality of play and it is play that stimulates creativity. So play with your intuition.\” — Linda Naiman

Self-expression
Each one of us is a unique expression in this earth of beauty, a unique story, a unique essence. We can embrace it through speech, the work we do, the way we love people, the way we organize our space… and we can do it through fashion.
Indeed, fashion is a very powerful way to express who we are. To remind us every day when we get dressed the magic and the uniqueness of our being; because, at the end of the day, the most important relationship we have is the relationship we have with ourself and part of that relationship is claiming our individuality with pride, fun and confidence.
So this is really what fashion and style represent for me, and when I work with women, those three elements are definitely present. With Stylosophy, one of the key elements is understanding your beauty and your body. So beauty. Another key element is expressing who you are and expressing who you are through fashion, which is the element of self-expression and creativity.
What I wish you today is to see beauty around you, take some time to play and allow yourself to express who you are with no apology and grace, lovingly.
I would love to hear your comments and feedback about what fashion represents for you and what you would like your wardrobe to say about you.
Have a wonderful day!
